Economic Growth through International Trade United States • Brazil • Caribbean countries • African countries • South Korea • China Global Strategy for Emerging Markets Virtual Exhibit An Entrepreneur's Q&A • Artistic Analytic Innovations • CEO Platform coached by Inspired Professionals • The White House National Export Initiative
The Opportunity: Welcome to Inspired Professionals. We are on a mission. That mission is to engage, inspire, and inform though educational tourism. Our focus on startup companies and developing economies reflects the realities of today's market. Economists consistently indicate that, in firms both small and large, globalization is affecting your ability to generate revenue, create jobs, and take-home pay. The Kauffman Foundation reports that startups are creating the vast majority of jobs. NYU indicates that economic growth is being driven by developing economies. For example, in the first quarter of 2010, Brazil's economy grew at 9%, as compared to 4% in the United States. Sao Paulo, Brazil has become increasingly known for importing technology from the United States. In 1Q10, FedEx reported that China, India, and Brazil drove the increase it experienced in sales. Enablers include the Internet, telephones, airplanes, and other technology. In today's increasingly technology-oriented society, our 6-step process is (1) strategy, (2) business plan, (3) financing, (4) launch, (5) growth, (6) continuous learning. Lessons to be Learned: Our mission is designed to foster wealth creation and work-life balance implemented through our work in ways that benefit clients, investors, and society. Today's virtual exhibit is focused on:
- Supplemental income during times of limited cash-flow.
- Product placement as a means of client-friendly marketing.
- Artistic Analytic Innovations for concise, memorable insights.
- CEO Platforms to network and learn.
- coached by Inspired Professionals for entrepreneurs seeking venture capital.
- The National Export Initiative for revenue, jobs, and income.
We cordially invite you to join us.

Artistic Analytic Innovations Available via download • Price is $1 • Options include poetry and music video
Our Service: Artistic Analytic Innovations are concise, memorable communications produced for business ventures. Examples include poetry and music videos. The innovations are artistic in their focus on creativity and the arts. The innovations are analytic in their focus on business strategies and techniques. The innovations are analogous to down-loads of music.
An Example: For example, one of our producers created Product Placement, a music video on the placement of Heineken as seen on TV with the Sopranos. Product placement is often subtle advertising. People tune in to see the Sopranos. The producers deliver the desired content simultaneous with subtle images of Heineken. With this introduction, we cordially invite you to view a 55-second introduction to Product Placement.

Harvard Law School
In a city that never sleeps, you need a consulting firm that is inspired to achieve results.
In 2007, we produced a music video from our joint seminar with Harvard Law School at the NYC Bar Association.
Our keynote speaker was Dr. David Nersessian, Executive Director of Harvard Law School's Program on the Legal Profession.
Attorneys in attendance represented solo practice as well as small, mid-sized, and large law firms. Some of the attorneys transitioned over the years from the legal side to the business side.
Dr. Nersessian's core message was that, as the legal profession becomes increasingly focused on bottom-line financial results, attorneys should take care to foster relationships with clients and provide mentorship to Associates in their firm.
Result: The event led to ongoing work with Dr. Nersessian. We also received referrals from him. "Sounds like you are doing really interesting and important work," said an attorney at The United Nations.

Innovation in Queens
In 2006, we produced a music video from this high-tech event at Queens Borough Hall with the Queens Economic Development Corporation (QEDC).
Our speakers included Ramon Ray, editor of SmallBizTechnology.com and producer of Small Business Summit. He writes for Inc. Magazine and Entrepreneur.com. The focus of his speech was on Technology for Small Business Growth.
Result: The event sold-out and attracted media coverage. QEDC commented on the increased number of visitors to their website. We have been invited back to produce Innovation in Queens: Part II.

coached by Inspired Professionalsemail • telephone • PC-to-PC • office One of our sponsors often talks about "the company you keep." How people view you is often associated with who you associate with. Some of the people who sign-up to be coached by our team are indeed young in terms of age, but they tend to be senior in terms of abilities. Others who are relatively senior in terms of age demonstrate day after day that they have the passion and energy to venture into entrepreneurship.
Our clients tend to measure success in terms of family, friends, and society as much as they do in terms of career and income. They tend to operate with self-confidence and self-discipline, as indicated by the fact that they seek out the advice and counsel of other people. After first contacting us in December 2008, the participant below, an owner of a Wall Street technology-enabled venture, listened, learned, and then returned for more.
June 22, 2010participant at 12:45 AM: It's been a while since we last communicated. I hope all is well with you and your family. I have been working hard on my business plan following your methodology and desperately want to move to business launch. If possible, can you review our business plan and let's pickup where we left off - financing, launch, growth, and continuous learning. Thanks in advance for your time, valuable assistance, and kind consideration.
coach at 5:36 AM: Thanks for your email. I am responding from my back-up email account because I am currently out-of-the-office. To proceed with financing, please prepare:
1) 30-second elevator speech about you and your venture, which is needed for the initial contact with the venture capitalist or the venture capitalist's assistant. 2) 10-chart PowerPoint presentation that elaborates on you and your venture, including the venture's potential for profitable revenue growth. 3) If your 30-second elevator speech and 10-chart PowerPoint presentation attracts the venture capitalist's interest, the team at the venture capital firm will ask for the details, such as your 30-page business plan.
participant at 8:51 PM: Thanks Ian.
