We are focusing in on Global Strategy for Inter-disciplinary Leadership in Emerging Markets, a media-enabled seminar we launched in collaboration with Merrill Lynch and IBM.

Economists consistently indicate that revenue leads to jobs, and jobs lead to take-home pay. The Kauffman Foundation reports that start-ups are creating the vast majority of jobs. NYU indicates that economic growth is being driven by developing economies such as Brazil, Caribbean countries, African countries, South Korea, and China. In short, the opportunities are in emerging markets.

Our work fosters synergy between: (1) outsourced General Manager module on technology, strategy, marketing, partnerships, M&A, finance, and logistics, and (2) outsourced General Counsel module on incorporation, intellectual property, employment, contracts, litigation, mediation, and estate planning.
